ATINI-GANITA, THE GURADIANS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

HOW TO LEARN THE MEANING OF CONTANCY WITH GYPSY TAROT

THE THEFT OF HUMAN SPIRIT. TREASON.

Prometheus is the very first who is known to commit treason. The tale of Prometheus in Greek mythology is a rebellion and the darkness that follows treason, where Prometheus defies the gods to steal fire and bestow it upon humanity. This act of treason against the divine order symbolises the acquisition of forbidden knowledge, a theme that resonates with the symbolism of fire in Sanskrit literature. In the Vedic tradition, fire, or Agni, is revered as a deity that embodies transformation, and this stolen fire is incorporated into religion as the holy spirit. Yet, fire also conveys science, it is the medium within the spirit acting as a messenger between the divine – higher consciousness - and the mortal realms.

The Theft of the Human Spirit from the Guardians, Atini-Ganita.

The fire stolen by Prometheus thus becomes a metaphor for the spark that will destroy humanity. The Theft of the Human Spirit from the Guardians, Atini-Ganita, you know them today as the Romani or the Gypsies. That is what 'Prometheus Fire' represents. He stole the knowledge (Fire) so these evil entities could rule over humanity. Knowledge in the wrong hands became a weapon of mass destruction. It represents the human quest for greed and pride, often at the risk of retribution, mirroring the Vedic concept of fire as a divine force that consumes those without enlightened minds. The parallel narratives in Greek and Sanskrit traditions highlight a universal appreciation of fire as a symbol of pride, power, and the human spirit's indomitable quest to possess the forbidden to rule over others.

The tale of Prometheus is a rich tapestry woven from ancient myths, reflecting profound truths about the human condition it might seem like a quest for knowledge, but it was a quest of the Ego to be as powerful as God and driven by Greed. The figure of Prometheus, whose name is often thought to derive from the Greek word for 'forethought', has been associated with different meanings and interpretations throughout history. However, an intriguing perspective emerges when we consider the Sanskrit roots of his name, which suggest a darker aspect of 'theft' or 'force' as indicated by the term 'Pramatha'. Therefore, Prometheus has no name because Prometheus simply means thief.

In the Vedic tradition, Agni, the fire god, symbolizes not just the literal flame but also the divine spark of knowledge, or 'Jjana'. This sacred fire represents the illumination of the mind and soul, a metaphor for enlightenment and the pursuit of truth (knowledge). The act of 'stealing' this fire, as Prometheus did, can be seen as an allegory for acquiring knowledge that may be beyond our moral or spiritual capacity to handle responsibly. The narrative warns of the perils of such an act. When knowledge is obtained prematurely or unethically, it can become a destructive force, akin to playing with fire. The ego, driven by desires and unchecked by wisdom, can misuse this knowledge, leading to negative consequences that ripple through the fabric of society and the self. The theft of fire, therefore, is not merely a physical act but a symbolic representation of the misuse of intellectual power.

The concept of 'U-da', in Sanskrit cosmology the gateway to the cosmos, further emphasises the sacredness of knowledge and the importance of approaching it with humility and readiness. It is a reminder that the secrets of the universe are not to be trifled with. They require preparedness and purity of intent, lest they lead to the '24 circles of hell'—a metaphor for the myriad sufferings that result from ignorance and ego-driven actions. The Thief or the Treason card, often found in various forms of divination and philosophy, serves as a cautionary symbol. It warns of the potential loss that comes from allowing the ego to dominate, where one's true self and creativity are overshadowed by pride and selfishness. The card's message is clear: knowledge, when tainted by the ego, can lead to a loss of one's moral compass, resulting in a world devoid of nuance and filled with extremes.
